Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: 5 to 8 business days

• Free Shipping on qualifying orders: 5 to 8 business days

Denim & Onyx offers Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 before taxes and after discounts are applied.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address, package weight, and carrier rates available at the time of purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Denim & Onyx is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and package handling are the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
