At Denim & Onyx, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible so you can begin enjoying your new pieces.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During new launches, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Options & Rates

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are determined by the shipping method you select and your delivery location.

Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout and are based on the carrier's current rates.

Your order will be delivered according to the estimated timeline associated with the shipping option you choose.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Denim & Onyx is not responsible for carrier delays caused by:

  • Weather events
  • Natural disasters
  • High shipping volume
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Other circumstances outside of our control

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Denim & Onyx is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package appears lost, please first contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information. If you need additional assistance, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
